Idun Blue for coaches

Combine bookings, paid sessions, programmes, course material, community and client follow-up in one workspace.

This work usually takes longer than it should.

  • Bookings, client material and payments live in different tools
  • Group programmes and one-to-one work need different delivery
  • Follow-up depends on notes and manual reminders
  • Client activity is scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets

The practical details followConfirmation, calendar & reminder

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.

One-to-one work and programmes can share a system

Bookings start with a session type: duration, availability, buffers, price and the information a client must provide. Confirmations and reminders are sent from the booking flow, and calendar files or subscription links keep appointments visible in the client’s calendar.

For a group programme, the same workspace can hold the course, community rooms, events and email sequence. Clients sign in to the member app for the material instead of receiving a new link for every part of the programme.

Charge for the format you sell

An offer can be free, a one-off purchase or a subscription. Connect it to a session, course or membership and Stripe handles the payment. Invoices and manual payment remain available when that is the right way to work; Idun does not force every client through a card checkout.

If you coach in nutrition or stress management, you can switch on the wellness allowance receipt for the offer. Dietary advice and stress management are among the activities the Swedish Tax Agency names as friskvård, and the buyer gets a receipt to hand to her employer, who decides what is reimbursed.

Keep follow-up deliberate

Automations can begin after a booking, purchase, tag or course completion. From there you can send a message, add a tag, grant course access or notify yourself. You choose the trigger and the action; no client communication is sent merely because Idun AI suggested it.

The internal beta is closed. The first creators are offered all of Idun at the price of SEK 1,000/month excl. VAT. Read the pricing details.
