Stripe has confirmed the purchase
Make it easy to say yes. And to pay.
We don't stand between you and your customer. You connect your own Stripe account and the payment lands there.

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.
Here is what you can do.
Payments go to your own Stripe account. One-off purchases, subscriptions and instalments, with Swedish and EU VAT calculated.
Your own Stripe account
The customer pays into your account, not ours. Idun Blue takes no cut of your sales — you pay Stripe's fee.
One-off, subscription, instalments
The same offer can be sold as one payment or split over months. Subscriptions can be changed, paused and cancelled.
VAT calculated
Swedish VAT, EU reverse charge, OSS and export. VAT numbers are checked against VIES and the VAT amount is stored on the order.
Receipts and refunds
A receipt goes out on every payment, and for wellness activities it can be a Swedish wellness allowance receipt. Refunds can be full, partial, or per line.
The money never passes through us
You connect your own Stripe account to your workspace, and payments go straight there. Idun Blue takes no percentage of what you sell.
Connecting Stripe is a real setup step — Stripe wants details about you and your business before it releases money — so we do it together with you during onboarding rather than promising it takes two minutes. Until it’s done you can publish and sell free offers; paid purchases are blocked while no account is connected, which is better than a payment that goes missing.
Pricing models
- One-off — the customer pays once and gets access
- Subscription — monthly or yearly, with Stripe handling renewals
- Instalments — the same price split over several months
- Trial — access before the first charge
You can add coupon codes, an order bump in the checkout (a checkbox for something small and extra) and an add-on offer right after the purchase, with an alternative offer if the first one is declined.
Two things to know: an order bump works on one-off purchases and instalments, not on pure subscriptions. And an add-on that has no price in the customer’s currency is skipped rather than charged wrong.
Currencies
Swedish kronor, euro and dollars. The price you set is the price the customer sees.
VAT
VAT isn’t calculated by a third-party add-on but by the platform, against a European rate table:
- Swedish VAT for Swedish buyers
- Reverse charge for EU B2B once the buyer’s VAT number validates against VIES
- OSS for private individuals in other EU countries
- Export outside the EU, and Norwegian MVA handled separately
Prices are VAT-inclusive and the VAT amount is stored on every order, so your bookkeeping sees what was actually charged.
If someone leaves the checkout
If someone starts a checkout without finishing, they get a reminder with a link back to the offer — after an hour, after a day and after three days. Want different timing, and you build your own automation on the event.
If a customer is about to leave you can show one last offer: the same course split into instalments, or a coupon code. It only appears if you set it up.
Subscriptions
Stripe handles renewals and retries on failed payments. In Studio you can cancel, change plan or resume a subscription, and you can see how the subscription base is doing over time.
Receipts and refunds
Every completed payment sends a receipt, and Stripe’s own receipt is stored on the order. Refunds are issued from the order view — the whole order, an amount, or a single line.
Wellness allowance receipts
If you sell yoga, qigong, stress management or other wellness activities to Swedish customers, you can switch on a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) receipt for the offer. Checkout tells the buyer she gets a receipt to hand to her employer, and after the purchase it arrives by email with your organisation number, the participant’s name, the activity and the VAT. It can also be downloaded as a PDF. The employer decides what is reimbursed. How the wellness receipt works.
