Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Idun Blue platform ("Service"), operated by Idunblue AB, company registration no. 559595-9791, VAT no. SE559595979101, Överälve, 827 93 Ljusdal, Sweden ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing the Service through a third-party integration (such as ChatGPT or other OAuth-connected platforms), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" means the Idun Blue software-as-a-service platform, including all features, tools, and APIs provided through idun.blue, studio.idun.blue, and app.idun.blue.
  • "Operator" means a person or organization that creates an account to use the Platform to deliver courses, community, and other content to their members.
  • "Member" means an end user who accesses content through an Operator's use of the Platform.
  • "Content" means any text, images, video, audio, files, or other material uploaded to or created on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Idun Blue is in internal beta. Public sign-up is switched off — accounts are created by invitation. If you are interested in a creator account, join the waitlist.

Member accounts are created when someone buys or enrols in a creator's course, not by self-registration.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an Operator account.

4. Use of the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected subscription plan.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the Content you upload to the Platform. By uploading Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, transmit, and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, features and limits are described on our pricing page. A price change is announced by email or in Studio at least 30 days before it takes effect. The new price applies no earlier than the first renewal after the effective date. You may cancel before then and will not be charged the new price.

Internal beta and external places. The internal beta is closed and consists of hand-picked testers who may participate free of charge or on paid terms agreed separately. The waitlist is for the first external creator places. Their founding price is SEK 1,000 per month excluding VAT for the whole platform. Founding price means the first offered price, not a permanent price guarantee. Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription; you see and accept the terms before taking a place.

Fair use. The founding price assumes fair use. The platform continuously measures what is built and how much AI is used. During the beta we may need to set limits — on courses, broadcasts or AI usage, for example — if a single account draws enough resources to affect service for others. Any such limit is communicated to you clearly before it applies, never afterwards, and is not set to restrict normal use of the Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Once billing is enabled, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us, and any in-product cancellation option available at that time will be shown in Studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated case by case. If you are not satisfied with the Service, email [email protected] and we will work it out with you.

Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We work towards high availability but offer no guaranteed uptime level. During the beta the Service may need to come down for maintenance; we give notice where we can. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For Operators processing personal data of their Members through the Platform, a Data Processing Agreement applies.

10. AI Features

The Platform includes AI features for generating content, assisting and automating. When you use them your material is sent to an AI provider for processing — which providers, and what is sent, is set out in the Privacy Policy, section 7b.

AI-generated content is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving it before you publish. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or appropriate.

We do not train AI models on your Content, and our AI providers are contractually barred from using it to train theirs.

10a. Third-Party Integrations and OAuth

The Platform supports integrations with third-party services, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Meta, TikTok and YouTube, via OAuth 2.0 and API connections. When you authorize an integration:

  • You grant the third-party service access to the specific data and actions you authorize
  • You are responsible for understanding the permissions you grant
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Idun Blue dashboard or from the third-party platform
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
  • We are not responsible for the actions or data handling practices of third-party services

Social content is transferred only to the connected accounts and targets you select. TikTok draft uploads require you to finish and publish in TikTok; direct TikTok posting is available only after TikTok grants the required permission.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Idunblue AB. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that could harm the Service or other users.

Upon termination, you may export your Content within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your Content in accordance with our data retention practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden, unless you as a consumer are entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.
