Idun Blue for therapists
Website, bookable sessions, payment, material between sessions and email in one place, for practitioners who work with talking and treatment.
This work usually takes longer than it should.
- Clients book by email and text, and you copy the times into your calendar by hand
- You want payment when a session is booked, but booking and payment live in separate systems
- Exercises and material between sessions go out as attachments that get lost in the inbox
- The website is awkward to change, so it no longer describes what you offer
How Idun Blue handles the work
Intro calls and sessions
Booking types with their own length, price and hours. The client picks a free slot on your site and gets a confirmation, calendar file and reminder.
Learn more →Paid when booked
A paid session is confirmed only once payment has gone through, via your own Stripe account. A free intro call can sit next to it.
Learn more →Exercises between sessions
Put breathing exercises, guided audio and reflection prompts in a course the client opens on her phone, instead of email attachments.
Learn more →A website you edit yourself
Build the site from ready-made sections, on your own domain, and change the words when your offer changes.
Learn more →An available time. A booking. One place for both.

Booking that runs itself
Create a booking type for each kind of appointment: a free 20-minute intro call, a 50-minute session, an 80-minute couples session. Each type has its own weekly schedule, so intro calls can sit on Mondays while regular sessions run Tuesday to Thursday. Holidays and one-off extra hours are added as exceptions.
The client chooses a time on your site. If the session is paid, a checkout opens straight away and the slot is booked only once payment succeeds. The confirmation includes a calendar file and the call link or your practice address, and a reminder goes out before the session. You can subscribe to your booking schedule as a calendar link, so bookings appear in the calendar you already use.
Packages of several sessions
If you work in series, switch on coaching packages. A package has a number of sessions and a validity period, and the client books her remaining times herself in the member app. A package can require an application first, so you can read it and get in touch before anyone books. That suits practitioners who want a first conversation before agreeing to work together.
Between sessions
Much of the work happens between appointments. Instead of emailing audio files and PDFs, put them in a course: a guided recording, a short note on why the exercise works and a question to write about. The client logs in to the member app on her phone and finds everything in one place, even six months later.
The same material can become a product of its own. Many therapists have a self-guided programme in them, and it sells through the same checkout as the sessions.
Stress management courses and the wellness allowance
Information on stress management is one of the activities the Swedish Tax Agency names as friskvård. If you sell a course or group programme in stress management, you can switch on the wellness allowance receipt for the offer. The buyer then gets a receipt with your organisation number, the activity and the VAT to hand to her employer, by email and as a PDF. The employer decides what is reimbursed. How the wellness receipt works.
What Idun Blue is not
Idun Blue is not a clinical records system. If you are a licensed practitioner with a duty to keep patient records, keep them in software built for that, and keep sensitive health information out of booking tools and email. Use Idun for everything around it: the website, bookings, payment and the material you share with clients.
Check which VAT applies to what you sell, too. Healthcare is often treated differently from courses and coaching, and it is your practice, not the software, that decides. Your tax authority or accountant can tell you how your work is classified.
Price
Idun Blue is in private beta and free for the practitioners and creators we invite. After that the whole platform costs SEK 1,000/month excl. VAT, and Idun takes no percentage of what you charge. See pricing details.
