Plan for your next customer, before they even buy.

Build workflows from events, conditions and actions. Test them on yourself and turn them on only when they do exactly what you intended.

I want to create with Idun

Let a purchase start the right follow-up.

  1. Someone buys or signs up
  2. The right workflow starts
  3. Email and access follow

Automations

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.

Here is what you can do.

Let purchases, forms, bookings, tags and course progress start email, access and follow-up in clear workflows.

Triggers across the platform

Purchases, abandoned checkout, forms, bookings, live events attended or missed, members, tags, email, lessons and courses.

Connected actions

Send email, start a sequence, change tags, grant course access, update a contact or call a webhook.

Conditions and A/B paths

Branch on tags, language, purchases, course access, email behaviour or custom contact fields.

Run history

See which step ran and where an individual workflow stopped.

The trigger is the beginning

An automation has one clear starting point: a purchase completed, a form was submitted, a booking was created or a member finished a course. Steps then run from top to bottom.

Automations are for logic. A straight series of five emails is simpler as a sequence; the automation starts that sequence when the right thing happens.

The actions

A workflow can send email, start or stop a sequence, add and remove tags, enrol or remove a member from a course, update contact details, notify the team or send data to a webhook.

If / Else sends different people down different paths. An A/B step splits traffic between two variants. A wait step pauses before the next action.

Test before activation

Build while the automation is paused. Trigger it with your own test contact and follow the run history. Turn it on when every step is correct. Pausing prevents new starts but allows runs already in progress to finish.

The full builder requires a window at least 1024 pixels wide.
