Idun Blue for retreat and workshop leaders
Sell the retreat with a set number of places, an early-bird price and a payment plan. Buyers get the packing list in the app, join the group's room and receive the emails before and after on the right dates. No Google Form, no spreadsheet.
This usually takes longer than it should.
- Sign-ups in a Google Form, payments by bank transfer and the list in a spreadsheet
- You count places by hand and worry about selling one too many
- Participants get five emails of practical details they can never find
- After the retreat you lose touch with the group
How Idun Blue takes care of it
-
Places, early bird and payment plans
The retreat is an offer with dates, a venue and a maximum number of places. Checkout never sells more than you have, and the early-bird price shows the full price struck through.

From sign-up to day one
Fill the retreat at checkout, not in a Google Form. You set it up as an offer: dates, venue, price and how many people it can take. Add an early-bird price and the full price appears struck through beside it, and once the places are gone checkout stops selling. You never have to call someone to explain you sold one too many.
The purchase opens a course with everything she needs before she travels: the schedule, the packing list, directions and a practice to prepare with. She finds it all in the member app on her phone, including the night before when she’s packing.
If you need to ask about diet, allergies or room preferences, use a form. A field can appear only when an earlier answer makes it relevant, so someone without allergies isn’t asked five follow-up questions.
Get paid the way that suits you
A retreat often costs more than people want to pay in one go. You can let participants spread the payment over several months, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Idun takes no percentage.
If someone would rather pay by invoice, for example because her company is paying, you can let her ask for one at checkout. The invoice includes VAT, and with a Swish Företag number it also carries a Swish QR code with the amount and reference. You approve the request before the invoice is created, and the course with the packing list opens once you mark the order as paid.
The group, before and after
Buyers are added to the group’s room in your community. Participants can say hello before you meet and keep talking afterwards.
You host the online pre-meeting from the Idun room in the browser. Signing up for the room is free for participants, and reminders go out a day and an hour before. If you record it, the replay gets subtitles.
You write the emails once and set them on fixed dates: practical details a week before, a reminder the day before, a thank-you afterwards and an invitation to the next retreat.
How Hanna ran Fully Alive

Hanna Ideäng sold her Fully Alive workshop in Stockholm as an offer in Idun, with a maximum number of places, and the emails to participants before and after went out on fixed dates.

What isn’t there: a ready-made retreat flow with room types and participant questions. To ask about diet or rooms, use a form with conditional fields.
Swish at checkout is coming. Today participants pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the invoice can carry a Swish QR code.
