The Verdict
Calendly's free plan gives you one event type and one connected calendar. More event types, Stripe and PayPal, reminders and webhooks need Standard at $10 per seat a month on annual billing. Idun Blue includes bookings from the start: several booking types with their own schedules, free or paid sessions through your own Stripe account, a calendar file and a reminder. The booking lands on the customer's timeline next to purchases, emails and course progress, and can start an automation before or after the call. The same price includes courses, website, mailing list, community, podcast and Idun AI.
Calendly pricing and plans last checked Aug 21, 2026 against Calendly's own pages. Calendly prices below are per seat and use annual billing. Its pricing page also offers monthly billing. Only features stated on Calendly's current pricing page are included.

The short version
Calendly books meetings. Idun Blue books the call and knows who booked it: what she bought, which emails she received and how far she has got in the course. A paid session runs through the same Stripe account as your courses, and the call can become the next step in an offer instead of a loose link.
Current Calendly pricing
Calendly’s own pricing page was checked on 21 August 2026. Annual billing is shown as:
- Free: one event type and one connected calendar.
- Standard: $10 per seat per month, with unlimited event types, up to six calendars, Stripe and PayPal, reminders, webhooks and selected marketing integrations.
- Teams: $16 per seat per month, adding round robin, lead routing and more administration.
- Enterprise: starts at $15,000 per year.
Calendly connects directly to several external calendars and checks availability there. It also has native mobile apps, browser extensions, meeting polls and team routing. Prices and packaging change, so read the current Calendly pricing page before buying.
Idun Blue is free during the beta and then costs SEK 1,000 a month excl. VAT, for the whole platform. Bookings are included, and payments go to your own Stripe account with no platform fee.
How bookings work in Idun Blue
You create booking types with a duration, price, description and location: a video link, a phone number or an address. Each type has its own weekly schedule, so a free intro call can run Monday to Wednesday and paid sessions Thursday and Friday. Date exceptions close a holiday week or open an extra Saturday.
The customer picks a time calculated against your schedule and your existing bookings. If the type is paid, the booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. The confirmation comes with a calendar file, and a reminder goes out before the session. You subscribe to your bookings as a calendar link in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
The booking belongs with everything else
The booking lands on the customer’s timeline next to purchases, emails and course progress. Before the call you can see that she is stuck in module three and asked a question in the community yesterday. A booking can start an automation that sends preparation beforehand or a follow-up afterwards. With coaching switched on, a package can keep track of how many sessions remain.
The same price includes courses, community, website and pages, email and automations, Instagram planning and link in bio. You switch on podcast, events and invoices when you need them. Idun AI works directly in the workspace, and you can connect your own ChatGPT or Claude.
