Here is what you can do.
Sell a fixed number of sessions, let clients book their remaining time and keep applications, notes and history together.
Direct or application
Admit the buyer directly or review an application manually before access.
Clients book themselves
Active clients see used and remaining sessions and choose an available time.
History and notes
Bookings and session notes remain with the coaching relationship in the same workspace.
Create the package
A coaching package has a name, description, number of sessions and validity period. It connects to a booking type that controls duration and available time, and to an offer when it is sold.
Choose direct access or application. In application mode, the team can review, contact and approve someone before they can book.
For the client
The member app shows total, used and remaining sessions. From there, the client books the next session from times that are actually available. The booking is checked against availability, buffers, other bookings and package expiry.
For you
Studio keeps active clients, booking history and notes together. A session is deducted only when the booking is created successfully; concurrent requests cannot take the same slot twice.
Coaching packages are an advanced feature and start switched off in a new workspace.
