Idun Blue for breathwork facilitators
Guided breathing practices as an audio course, live breathwork online, private sessions and retreats, with sign-up, payment and follow-up in one workspace.
This work usually takes longer than it should.
- Guided practices sit as audio files in a shared folder participants cannot find again
- One online session needs a meeting link, a payment link and a reminder email from three tools
- Participants from a ceremony or retreat drift away because there is no follow-up
- It is hard to see who has attended what
How Idun Blue handles the work
Guided practices as an audio course
Build a course of audio lessons with notes and preparation, which participants play on their phone and resume where they left off.

Lead the session in the Idun room, where everyone can join with the microphone off, and record it with subtitles.
Learn more →Private sessions
Let people book and pay for a one-to-one session on your site, with a reminder and calendar file.
Learn more →Follow-up afterwards
Have an automation email those who attended, and send something different to those who signed up but did not come.
Learn more →A home for the audio people want to hear again.

An episode. A practice. A reason to return.

Audio first
Breathwork works well as audio. An audio course in Idun is a set of short lessons played in the member app, with text next to each recording. Her place in the recording is saved, so she can start on her laptop and carry on on her phone.
Put the safety information first. An opening lesson on who the practices are not suitable for, how to go gently and when to stop makes the course safer, and participants can find it again when they need it. You can release the rest of the course over time, so nobody jumps straight to the most intense practice.
Live breathwork online
Create an event and share the sign-up link. In the Idun room you choose whether everyone can be seen and heard or only you broadcast, and you can have everyone join with the microphone off. Participants can raise a hand, and you can let someone speak afterwards. If you prefer a meeting tool you already use, add that link instead.
Reminders go out 24 hours and one hour before the start. If you record the session the replay gets subtitles, and you can turn it into a lesson in a course.
Signing up for an event is free today, and you cannot sell tickets to a single event. To charge for live sessions, include them in a programme or membership sold as an offer.
Retreats and longer programmes
A retreat or a programme of several weeks is sold as an offer, with a payment plan if you like. The offer can have a limited number of places, and the purchase gives access to a course with preparation and practical information. Buyers can be added to a community room for the group.
After the session
After an event, one automation can start for those who attended and another for those who signed up but never came. One gets a thank-you and a practice to continue with, the other a link to the replay. Everything shows on the person’s timeline, next to purchases, bookings and course progress.
Wellness allowance: ask the employer first
Breathwork, meditation and mindfulness are not among the activities the Swedish Tax Agency names as friskvård, and the Supreme Administrative Court has ruled that general well-being is not enough (case 7067-25, April 2026). Some employers still reimburse a breathing course, but it is entirely up to them.
If you have a programme that is concretely about, for example, stress management, you can switch on the wellness allowance receipt for the offer and describe the activity as it is. The buyer then gets a receipt with your organisation number, the activity and the VAT by email, and can download it as a PDF. Say on your sales page that she should check with her employer before counting on the allowance. Read more about the wellness allowance receipt.

Idun Blue is in private beta and free for the creators we invite. After that the whole platform costs SEK 1,000/month excl. VAT, and Idun takes no percentage of your sales. See pricing details.
