What comes with you
- Your courses. Modules, lessons, text, audio and video. Videos are re-encoded so they play smoothly on phones, and Swedish speech gets subtitles automatically.
- Your members. Who has access to which course, and how far they have come when the export includes it.
- Your contacts. Your whole list, so the newsletter can carry on straight away.
- Your offers. Prices, payment plans and memberships are set up again in Idun, with checkout in your own Stripe account.
What you keep
- Your domain. Your website and member app live at your own address, just like today.
- Your old links. Old addresses on your domain are redirected to the right page, so links in Instagram, emails and podcast descriptions keep working.
- Your customers. Payments go to your Stripe account. Idun takes no percentage of what you sell.
What your members notice
They get an email where they choose a password, and then they log in on your domain or in the Idun Blue app for iPhone and iPad. Their courses are where they were, with their progress intact. For most people the only visible change is that everything looks a little calmer.
How the move works
- We go through what you have. Courses, memberships, pages, email list, podcast and community. You get a list of what moves and what needs a decision.
- We move the content. Courses and videos are uploaded, members and contacts are imported, and your offers are set up again.
- You review. You go through the courses and pages in Studio before anything is shown to members.
- Members are invited. When you are happy, they get their email and old links are pointed to the new pages.
- You close the old one. Once your members have logged in, you cancel the old platform.
More than a course platform
The move is also a good moment to bring together what is scattered. Your podcast can get its RSS feed in Idun, your Facebook group can become a community room buyers join automatically, and bookings, webinars, invoices and Swedish wellness allowance receipts can live in the same workspace. You do not have to move everything at once. Start with the courses and take the rest when it suits you.
