More time with clients. Less time arranging it.

You set your availability, the client picks a time, and the payment runs through the same checkout as everything else.

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.

Here is what you can do.

Let people book intro calls and sessions on your own page, free or paid, with a calendar file and reminders.

Your availability

A weekly schedule per booking type, plus exceptions for individual dates when you're away or opening up extra time.

Paid or free

A free intro call and a paid session can have separate schedules. Payment goes through your Stripe account.

Calendar file and reminders

The booking arrives as a calendar file in the confirmation, and a reminder goes out before the session.

Your schedule in your calendar

Subscribe to a calendar link and bookings appear in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Where it lives

Bookings have their own row in Studio, Bookings, with the views Bookings and Coaching. It’s on in a new workspace; you don’t have to ask for it.

We called that surface “Sessions” for a while. A health coach spent ten minutes looking for where an intro call was supposed to live, so now it’s named the thing she was looking for.

Availability

You define a weekly schedule: which days and which hours you take bookings. The schedule sits per booking type, so a free intro call can be available Monday to Wednesday while paid sessions are only Thursday and Friday.

Date exceptions override the weekly schedule. Block a holiday week, or open a Saturday for an extra workshop.

When a client picks a date, the available times are calculated on the spot against your schedule, your exceptions and the bookings you already have. A booked slot disappears for the next person who loads the page.

Booking types

A booking type has a duration, a price, a description and a location — a video link, a phone number or an address. The link travels with the confirmation.

If the type is paid, a checkout is created when the client picks their time, and the booking is confirmed once the payment goes through. It’s the same Stripe account as your courses; no separate payment setup. The displayed price is checked against the charged price, so an old link can’t sell at the wrong price.

Calendar

Every confirmed booking is sent with a calendar file the client adds in one click. If the booking is moved or cancelled, the entry updates instead of creating a duplicate.

You can also subscribe to your own booking schedule as a calendar link. It updates as things are booked and cancelled, so your normal calendar shows your bookings without you opening Studio.

Reminders

A reminder goes out before the session with the time, the place and the link. It’s sent through the same email system as everything else, so you can see that it arrived.

Connected to the member

A booking shows up on the member’s timeline next to purchases, course progress and emails. Before a call you can open the profile and see that she’s stuck in module three and asked a question in the community yesterday.

Bookings also trigger automations, so you can send preparation beforehand or follow up afterwards.

Events and coaching

Live events and webinars have their own row, Events, which you switch on under Settings → Features. Signing up for an event is free; read more about live events. Coaching packages exist too, but they are off in a new workspace until you switch them on.
