Your own room or your link
Broadcast in the Idun room straight from the browser, or add a link to Zoom, Meet or similar.
Create an event, share the registration link and broadcast from the Idun room in the browser or from your own meeting. Registration, reminders and the recording sit in one place.
I want to create with IdunA session with you
Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.
Go live in your own room in the browser or through your Zoom link, with registration, a seat cap, waitlist, reminders, recording and a replay with subtitles.
Broadcast in the Idun room straight from the browser, or add a link to Zoom, Meet or similar.
Set how many places there are. Once the event is full, new registrations go to the waitlist.
Registrants get an email 24 hours before, one hour before and when you go live.
Record the session, get subtitles for the replay and turn it into a lesson in a course.
You create the event under Events in Studio and share the registration link. Whoever signs up gets a confirmation and a calendar file. A registration creates or updates the person under People, and marketing consent is only recorded if she ticks the box herself.
If you set a seat cap, later registrations go to a waitlist instead of receiving a confirmation that is not true. Studio shows who registered, who is on the waitlist and who actually attended, and the attendee list can be exported as CSV.
Registering for an event is free. Tickets sold through an offer are not available today.
In the Idun room you choose between two modes: everyone can be seen and heard, like a course live, or stage, where only the hosts broadcast and the audience watches. As host you can mute microphones, let someone in the audience speak, remove a participant and end the broadcast. Participants can raise a hand, and you can choose to have everyone join with their microphone off.
If you would rather use a meeting you already have, add the link to it. Idun then handles registration and reminders, and the meeting itself happens where you usually hold it.
Reminders go out automatically 24 hours and one hour before the start, and an email goes out when you go live. If you move the start time, the reminders are rescheduled. Sequences and broadcasts under Email can be tied to the event’s start time and move with it if the time changes.
After the event, an automation can start for the people who attended or for those who registered but never came.
Switch recording on and the session is saved and shown to you under Recordings. The replay gets subtitles and a transcript. You decide whether the replay is shown on the event page, and you can turn it into an unpublished lesson in a course.
Events are off in a new workspace. You switch them on under Settings → Features, and they then get their own row in the menu.
The first places open soon. The waitlist hears first and the price is SEK 1,000/month excl. VAT.
