Use the form on an Idun page or copy the embed code into another website.
Tags and sequences
A submission can add tags and subscribe the contact to selected email sequences.
Responses and alerts
Every response is stored in Studio and can also be emailed to the addresses you choose.
Build the form
Each field has a label, placeholder, help text, width and required setting. Choice fields have their own options. A field can also appear only when an earlier answer matches a chosen value.
The form builder is designed for a computer. The published form works responsively on phones, tablets and desktops.
What happens on submission
The response is stored as a form submission and the email address creates or updates a contact. Consent provenance is stored with source, time and IP address; an ordinary form response does not automatically turn someone into a marketing subscriber.
The response can add tags, start email sequences and trigger the Form submitted automation event. Notifications can go to one or more people on the team.
After submission
Show a custom thank-you message or send the visitor to a chosen URL. If the form is unpublished or archived, previously copied embed code stops accepting responses as well.
On your site or somewhere else
Place the form in Idun’s page builder. If it needs to live on an existing site, use the embed code; responses still arrive in the same contact record and follow-up system.
