Getting started
A tour of Studio
A calm walk through every menu item in Studio: what it is, what you do there and what to start with. With an order for your first week.
You don’t need everything at once. Studio has many menu items and most of them can wait. Read what applies now and come back to the rest later.
The first week
Do these in order, one step at a time. You don’t have to finish any of them the same day.
- Profile and brand. Settings → Profile and Brand: name, photo, logo and colour.
- Payments. Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe Account. Card payments need it.
- Your first course, or whatever else you want to sell. Under Courses.
- Your first offer and your sales page. The offer under Offers, the page under Website. Publish both.
- Email. A first broadcast, or a welcome email for the people who sign up.
The First sale checklist on Today follows the same path, but its steps may come in a slightly different order. That’s fine. You hide it with the cross. Under Settings → Get started you see what’s left before you publish, sell or send email.
How to read the menu
Overview sits at the top. Then come four groups: Content (what you build), Contact & messaging (the people you reach), Sales (what you sell) and Tools. At the bottom are Idun AI and Settings. On a phone the menu is a row along the bottom: Overview, Courses, People, Email and More.
The search field at the top finds menu items, settings, guides and your own courses, pages and people. Type something like “change logo” or “discount code” and jump straight there.
A few menu items only show up when you need them: Events, Podcast, Community, Invoices and App. Each section below says when.
