Settings: the map of everything

Where every setting lives, which five to do first, and how to turn on features that are off from the start.

Updated October 2026

Settings sits at the bottom of the menu, on purpose. It isn’t somewhere you visit daily — it’s the things you set once and then forget.

The five to do first

  1. Profile — name, photo and a few lines about what you do. The AI builds on this when it writes for you.
  2. Workspace — the name and your address: yourname.idun.blue. The subdomain is set here, not under Domains.
  3. Payments — connect Stripe. See Connect Stripe.
  4. Email — the sender and reply address for your emails.
  5. Brand — logo and colour, which show up in the member app, the checkout and your emails.

Features — the most important page to know about

Settings → Features decides what shows up in your menu. Several features are off in a new workspace:

Coaching · Podcast · Certificates · Physical products · Events & webinars · Moments

Everything under Labs is also off until you turn it on. The features exist, but they don’t appear until you switch them on. If you can’t find a menu someone mentioned — that’s almost always the explanation, not that something is broken.

The switches are grouped into core features, standard features, advanced features and Labs. There’s no Save button. The change is saved when you flip the switch, and the menu updates immediately.

Courses, offers, email and members are always on and can’t be switched off. They are the platform. Community is on from the start but can be switched off, and appears in the menu once there is at least one room.

Some features are paused. They only appear if your workspace already had them switched on, and their switch can’t be changed.

Tips

  • Do the first five in one go. Together they take twenty minutes and everything else rests on them.
  • Turn a feature on when you’re about to use it, not in advance. A menu you never open is a menu in the way.
  • If someone works alongside you — give her the right role under Team instead of sharing your password.
