Getting started

Get started with Idun Blue

Get in through your invitation, learn the menu, and make the three settings everything else rests on.

Updated October 2026

You work across two addresses. studio.idun.blue is Studio — that’s where you build. app.idun.blue is the member app — that’s where your members watch courses and talk to each other. You only need to think about Studio.

Get into Studio

Idun Blue is in a closed beta and opens by invitation. You can’t sign up on your own. If you’d like a place, join the waitlist.

  1. Open the invitation you received by email and click the link.
  2. Enter your name and choose a password.
  3. You land on Overview — the Today view shows what’s happened and what to do next.

The menu, once and for all

The left menu is a map in four groups. Learn it now and you won’t be hunting later.

  • Overview — Today and the content calendar.

Content

  • Courses — your courses, certificates and course statistics.
  • Bookings — bookable times and coaching.
  • Events — live events and webinars.
  • Website — pages, blog, link in bio, forms, site menus, domain and redirects.
  • Media & files — one shared library for images, video, audio and documents.
  • Podcast — episodes, statistics and settings.

Contact & messaging

  • People — members, contacts, leads, segments and tags.
  • Email — broadcasts, sequences, sign-up & follow-up, statistics and sender settings.
  • Social media — plan and publish posts.
  • Community — the rooms where your members talk.

Sales

  • Offers — price, checkout and access, with coupons and subscriptions.
  • Orders — every purchase.
  • Invoices — invoices and invoice requests.

Tools

  • Automations — rules that do something for you when something happens.
  • Statistics — sales and reports.

At the bottom sit Idun AI and Settings. Settings holds everything you set once and then forget.

Three things to do first

1. Fill in your profile

Settings → Profile. Name, photo and a few lines about what you do. It sounds like a formality, but it’s what the AI builds on when it writes for you — and it’s the you your members meet.

2. Set your brand

Settings → Brand. Upload your logo and pick your colour. It shows up in the member app, in the checkout and in the emails you send.

3. Connect Stripe

Settings → Payments → Connect Stripe. Stripe takes the money and puts it in your account. Idun Blue takes no cut of what you sell.

Without Stripe you can still build everything — courses, pages, offers. You can take free sign-ups, and sell against an invoice if you have switched invoicing on. Card payments — one-time, subscription and installment — need a connected Stripe account. See Connect Stripe.

If a menu is missing

Not every feature is on from the start. Coaching, Podcast, Certificates, Physical products, Events & webinars and Moments are off in a new workspace, as is everything under Labs. They exist, but they don’t appear until you switch them on. Community appears once there is at least one room, and Invoices once you have switched invoicing on.

Go to Settings → Features and turn on what you want. The menu shows up immediately.

Some things need a computer

Three builders won’t open below 768 pixels of window width — that is, on most phones: the page builder, the form builder and the automation builder. They need room and precision, and a squeezed version on a phone screen does more harm than good.

Everything else works on a phone. Pages also have a quick editor where you can write and format directly on the page, replace images and video, arrange sections, save a private draft and publish from your phone. See The page builder.

Next

If you get stuck, you can open Idun AI in Studio and ask where something lives or how to move on.
