Getting started

Help and your AI

Search the manual, ask a question in the help centre and hand a clear task to your AI.

Updated September 2026

Open Help centre using the question mark in Studio. Describe what you want to do, such as “send invoice”, “connect domain” or “upload video”. Search covers guide titles and their contents.

Get an answer in help

Enter your question in the search field and choose Ask Idun AI. The answer appears in the same panel with steps and source guides. If the workspace has renamed its assistant, that name appears on the button.

The help answer uses the manual. It changes nothing in your workspace and cannot see which settings you have already completed. If the manual does not cover the question, the answer should say so.

Ask your AI to do the work

Choose Ask your AI to do it. Review and edit the task, which includes your question, current page and any help answer. Add necessary details, then choose Send task.

Studio for Mac uses your own Codex or Claude when it is installed, signed in and connected to Idun. Otherwise, it sends the task to Idun AI. The destination is shown before sending. You can also Copy the task and paste it into your own AI app, for example when working in the browser.

Connecting an external AI through MCP does not let Studio open or write in its conversations. Copy the task there when needed. See Your local AI and Idun Blue.

The AI may prepare drafts. Before sending, publishing, charging or changing access, it should show the action and ask for your confirmation.

Can the AI have another name?

The default name is Idun AI. A workspace can choose its own name under Settings → AI. The name belongs to the workspace assistant and is shared by the team; changing it does not change the model or provider.
