You are the seller
Gumroad acts as merchant of record and handles sales taxes. In Idun Blue you are the seller: payments go to your own Stripe account, the customer and the contact details are yours, and accounting, refunds and taxes are handled in your business. Idun Blue is not a marketplace; customers come from your own website, your mailing list and your channels.
A file such as a PDF is attached to a course lesson, next to video, audio and text. Physical products are an optional feature that is off by default. It keeps stock and books shipping, with one product per order, no shopping cart and no shipping-cost calculation. Gumroad’s pricing page places physical goods outside its permitted offer.
The rest of the business is included
The same price includes courses, community, website and pages, email and automations, bookings, Instagram planning and link in bio. You switch on podcast, events and invoices when you need them. A purchase shows up in the mailing list straight away and can start a welcome sequence. Idun AI works directly in the workspace and can write a sales page or an email that you review before anything is published, and you can connect your own ChatGPT or Claude.
