Idun Blue vs Tally — the form and everything that happens after the answer
A Tally form ends at the submission, and the rest needs an integration. In Idun Blue the answer goes straight to the contact, the mailing list and the right automation, next to your courses, offers and bookings. Free during the beta, then SEK 1,000/mo.

The Verdict
Tally builds forms, free within its fair-use policy and with Pro at $29/mo. But a form is rarely the goal. The answer should become a contact, get the right tags, start a follow-up and perhaps lead to a purchase or a booking, and with a standalone form tool every one of those steps needs an integration. In Idun Blue the answer is stored straight with the contact, with consent source, time and IP. The form can add tags, start sequences and trigger automations, in the same workspace as courses, website, offers, bookings and community. Idun AI and your own ChatGPT or Claude can work across all of it.
Tally pricing and plans last checked Aug 21, 2026 against Tally's own pages. Tally's main pricing page displays annual-billing equivalents of $24 for Pro and $74 for Business. Its help page lists monthly prices of $29 and $89. Unlimited free use remains subject to Tally's fair-use policy.

The short version
Tally answers the question “I need a form.” Idun Blue answers the next one: “I need the answer to update a contact, keep the consent record and start the right follow-up.” It happens without sending the data through yet another integration.
Current Tally pricing
Tally’s official pages were checked on 21 August 2026:
- Free: unlimited forms and submissions within the fair-use policy, including conditional logic, calculations, signatures, file uploads, webhooks and several integrations.
- Pro: $29 monthly, or an annual-billing equivalent of $24 per month. It adds branding removal, custom domains, collaboration, partial submissions, custom CSS and extended analytics.
- Business: $89 monthly, or $74 per month on annual billing. It adds data-retention controls, email verification and longer version history.
Always check Tally’s pricing page and fair-use policy for the current terms. Tally states on its pricing page that the company and its hosting are in the EU.
Idun Blue is free during the beta and then costs SEK 1,000 a month excl. VAT, for the whole platform. Idun runs on servers in the EU. AI and email delivery use external providers, and your provider choices affect where data is processed.
Where Idun Blue removes the integration
An Idun submission is stored with the contact. The form can add tags, enrol the contact in selected sequences and trigger the form-submitted automation. Consent source, time and IP are kept, and an ordinary response never quietly becomes marketing consent.
The same contact can then buy a course, book a session or join your community without a Zapier handoff or a duplicate CRM record. Open her profile and you see purchases, course progress and emails in one place.
The form sits on the same site as your sales pages, and courses, mailing list, bookings, community, Instagram planning and link in bio are included in the price. Ask Idun AI to write the opt-in page and the welcome sequence that follows the form, or connect your own ChatGPT or Claude.
Switch to Idun Blue if
- you connect Tally to an email tool or a CRM through webhooks or Zapier. In Idun Blue that already lives in the same system.
- the form is the way into an offer, a booking, a course or a welcome sequence.
- you want consent source, time and IP stored with the contact without building it yourself.
- you pay for several tools around the form and want one price for the whole business.
- you want Studio in Swedish and servers in the EU.
