Material to make something from.

In your course, on your page and in the next practice.

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.

Here is what you can do.

Store and reuse images, video, audio and documents across pages, courses, email and social publishing.

Images, video, audio and files

Use common web formats plus PDF, ZIP and Office documents.

Folders, tags and search

Filter by media type, channel, tag or folder and search by filename.

Images prepared for the web

Raster images are re-encoded and responsive derivatives are generated for suitable formats.

Large video upload

Larger video can use resumable chunked upload instead of restarting from zero after a broken connection.

One library for the whole workspace

Media & files in Studio is one library for the workspace. Course covers, page images, social assets, audio and files such as PDFs do not need separate copies in separate tools: the page builder, email, social posts, offers, podcast and lessons pick from the same place. Each media item belongs to the workspace and can carry tags, channel labels and a folder.

Images are validated by their actual file content, not only the extension. Suitable raster files are optimised and receive additional sizes for responsive delivery. The original media remains associated with the library item.

Reuse with intent

The point is not to hoard files. A clear naming convention and a few stable folders make an asset useful again. Search is by original filename, so names such as course-cover-summer-2026 work better than IMG_4832.
