The Verdict
Podia's Mover plan costs $49/mo, takes 5% of sales and holds 100 email subscribers. The fee disappears on Shaker at $99/mo, but the cap is then 500 subscribers, and Earthquaker at $179/mo goes to 1,000. Idun Blue has one price for the whole platform: courses, community, website, blog, email, automations, bookings and Instagram planning are included, and you switch on podcast, events and invoices when you need them. Idun AI works directly in your workspace, and you can connect your own ChatGPT or Claude. Payments go to your own Stripe account with no platform fee. Podia pricing and plans last checked Aug 20, 2026 against Podia's own pages. Podia's 5% fee applies to the Mover plan only. Shaker and Earthquaker have no Podia fees. Coaching and events are included on every Podia plan. An earlier version of this page said Podia had no bookings or coaching — that was wrong and has been corrected. Rows that Podia's pricing page does not cover have been left out of the table rather than guessed. A feature missing from the table does not mean Podia lacks it.

The short version
Podia is built as a storefront for what you sell. All three plans include community, online courses, digital downloads, coaching, events, a website builder, a blog, landing pages, built-in checkout, support for more than 20 currencies, sales tax handling and over 1,900 integrations. What separates the plans is the fee and the caps: Mover takes 5% and holds 100 email subscribers, and upsells, PayPal, Zapier and assistant seats start on Shaker.
Idun Blue has one price for the whole platform. Courses, community, website and pages, blog, email and automations, bookings, Instagram planning and link in bio are included from the start. Podcast, events and webinars, coaching, invoices, physical products and course certificates are switched on under Settings → Features. Idun AI works in what you already have: your lessons, offers, pages and emails. Studio is available in Swedish and English, and the platform runs on servers in the EU.
Pricing
The figures below come from Podia’s own pricing page and were checked on 20 August 2026. Prices change, so always check podia.com/pricing.

The video cap is 500 on Mover, 1,000 on Shaker and unlimited on Earthquaker. Spaces, Podia’s own term, run 25, 100 and unlimited. Upsells, PayPal, Zapier and assistant seats start at Shaker. Podia offers a 30-day free trial and has no free plan. Podia’s terms state that its prices exclude tax.
Idun Blue is free during the beta and then costs SEK 1,000 a month excl. VAT, for the whole platform. No plan unlocks features, and we take a 0% platform fee: payments go to your own Stripe account and you pay only Stripe’s fees. Podia bills in dollars and Idun Blue in kronor, so compare the converted price on the day you choose.
Where the platforms differ
What drives the price
Podia’s 5% is tied to Mover. Sell $2,000 a month and $100 of it goes to Podia, on top of the plan’s $42. On Shaker the fee disappears but the base price doubles. Idun Blue takes 0% from the first krona, at one price for the whole platform.
The mailing list
Podia caps email subscribers: 100 on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker. In Idun Blue, email is always on and automations are on from the start. The mailing list lives in the same system as purchases and courses, so a broadcast or a flow can start from what someone bought, how far she has come in a course or which tag she has.
Coaching, bookings and events
Podia has coaching and events on all three plans. In Idun Blue, bookings are on from the start, for free intro calls as well as paid sessions, with payment through the same Stripe account as your courses. Coaching packages and events are switched on in Settings → Features. An Idun event runs in its own live room in the browser or through your Zoom link, with registration, reminders, recording and a subtitled replay. Registering for the event is free.
More than a storefront
In Idun Blue your podcast, website, blog, Instagram and mailing list sit in the same workspace as your courses. The podcast gets a real RSS feed, and premium episodes can be locked to a product. You build the website from a complete design family where menu, type and colours hold together on every page, and the blog has drafts, publishing, sharing images and editable SEO fields. Instagram posts are planned and scheduled from Studio through a connected professional account.
AI that does the work
Idun AI is included and works with what is in your workspace. Ask it to turn your notes into a course outline, shorten a sales page or write a welcome sequence. The result is saved as a draft in Studio, and you decide what gets published or sent. If you would rather use your own ChatGPT or Claude, connect it through Studio for Mac or as an MCP client.
Mobile app
Members use the Idun Blue app for iPhone and iPad, or the web app in the browser on your own domain. An app under your own brand is not included.
Swedish and the EU
Studio is available in Swedish and English, and Idun Blue runs on servers in the EU. AI and email delivery use external providers, so we tell you where the servers are rather than claim that all data stays in the EU.

- Members use the Idun Blue app for iPhone and iPad, or the web app on your own domain.
- Card payments run through your connected Stripe account. Free offers work without it, and selling on invoice works once invoicing is switched on.
- Servers in the EU and Studio in Swedish and English. AI and email delivery use external providers, and your provider choices affect where data is processed.
- Free during the beta, then SEK 1,000 a month excl. VAT.
Switch to Idun Blue if
- you pay 5% of sales on Mover, or double the base price on Shaker to avoid it. Idun Blue takes 0%.
- your mailing list has grown past Mover’s 100 subscribers. With Idun Blue, email and automations are part of the base price.
- you want podcast, Instagram, automations and invoices in the same workspace as your courses, community and website.
- you want AI to do the work inside the business, with Idun AI or your own ChatGPT or Claude.
- you sell yoga, qigong or stress management to Swedish customers and want them to get a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) receipt straight after purchase. In Idun Blue you switch it on per offer.
- you want Studio in Swedish and your data on servers in the EU.
