A course price is a scenario, not a magic number.

Enter how many people you can reach, the share you expect to buy, your costs and the price you are considering. See the purchases and conversion your assumptions require.

Model a scenario — not a universal answer

The calculator does not guess the market value of your course. It shows what your own assumptions imply. Enter all amounts on the same basis, normally before sales tax or VAT.

Start with people you can actually reach.

A follower count is not automatically a reachable audience. Count the people likely to see this launch through email, social channels, partners or ads. Then test several conversion rates instead of building one optimistic forecast.

Expected purchases are rounded down to whole people. The displayed target price is the mathematical price required by these assumptions — not a claim about what the market will pay.

Compare amounts on the same basis.

Enter fixed costs such as production, software and contracted help. Variable costs can include payment fees, commissions and advertising tied to revenue. The calculator subtracts these before calculating profit.

VAT or sales tax is not added automatically because treatment depends on location, customer and setup. Use amounts on the same basis throughout the model, normally before VAT or sales tax.
