Webhooks and API

Selected outgoing events
Signed payloads
Workspace boundaries

Illustrative workflow. No real customer data.

Here is what you can do.

Connect Idun to the systems you keep through signed outgoing events and a documented workspace API.

Selected outgoing events

Receive events such as member created, order paid, enrolment created, form submitted or email broadcast sent.

Signed payloads

Configure a secret so the receiving system can verify where the request came from.

Workspace boundaries

API keys and data access are scoped to the workspace and the permissions granted.

Visible delivery history

Inspect endpoint status and delivery attempts when an integration needs debugging.

Use a webhook for an event, the API for a question

A webhook pushes a message when something happens. The API is used when your integration needs to read or change a resource. Combining them avoids constant polling: receive the event, then request more data only when necessary.

Available webhook events include member, order, enrolment, checkout, form, contact and email activity. Choose only the events the receiving system uses.

This is a technical integration surface. During beta we review write access and publishing permissions before issuing credentials; a key should not gain broader access than the integration needs.
